A bit about South Point Antigua
South Point is a complex of 23 high-end apartments within several low rise buildings overlooking Falmouth Harbour marina. Ground floor apartments have furnished, secluded patio areas with gates that open out onto well manicured gardens leading to the small private beach and relaxing, decked pool area. The location is picturesque, private and peaceful with haunting sounds of foraging turtle doves. The on-site restaurant is excellent. However the kitchen is well equipped should you desire some meals at home. The terraces of an evening are a wonderful way to dine outdoors with a cool breeze and your favourite iced tipple.

Swimming Pool
A decked pool area with sun loungers and a shower. Close to a jetty with descending steps. A nice spot to go snorkelling. At night the pool is lit up with a backdrop of twinkling lights from the fancy yachts in the marina.
Small beach area
A small private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas is situated in front of the apartments. Borrow one of the snorkels to explore or just take a dip to cool down.
Maia at South Point
Maia is a high-end restaurant specialising in Mediterranean, Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine with an extensive sushi menu. Expect a fine dining experience with stunning views over the yacht filled marina and occasional live music.

Nelson's Dockyard
Historic Nelson's dockyard is the world's only remaining working Georgian dockyard. Browse the museum, once home to Lord Admiral Nelson and wander through the instagrammable grounds complete with shops, bakery and restaurants.
High on a hillside, Shirley Heights, a former military look-out is home to a bi-weekly party. Thursdays and Sundays, join in the fun while the sun sets. The atmosphere is vibrant with a bustling bar, smokey barbecue, steel pans and reggae bands.
Springhill Riding Club offers a 90 minute valley trail ride through plantations, the finale of which is a bareback swim with horses. It is a most memorable activity not to be missed.

1 Bed Deluxe Suites - suitable for 2 adults/2 adults + 1 child
20, 1 bed deluxe suites are tastefully decorated and designed with maximum comfort in mind. Each is arranged on the ground floor with a secluded, furnished patio or on the first floor with a covered balcony. The contemporary suites are air-conditioned complete with king sized bed, bathroom area with walk-in shower, bidet, WC and basin with magnifying mirror. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge with ice maker and a freezer. It is fully stocked with a range of drinks and snacks to purchase and these are replenished daily as required. The living room comprises sumptuous sofas, coffee table and a flat screen TV. The dressing area offers plenty of space for hanging and folded garments, complimentary bathrobes and slippers, an iron and ironing board, umbrella and additional towels for beach and pool use.
Some rooms can interconnect and balcony dividers can be removed for larger parties.
Note: There are not any lifts.
2 Bed Suites - suitable for 4 adults/4 adults + 2 children
3 two bed suites are located on the top floor accessed via an external staircase. In addition to the furnishings of the 1 bed suites, each apartment has two ensuite bathrooms, two separate lounge areas, a mini bar and espresso maker. Balconies are equipped with loungers, love seats and parasols.
