While on vacation, take a well earned rest from cooking and indulge in a variety of Antiguan dishes. Expect fancy waterfront restaurants, pop up road-side barbecues and low key eateries in colourful wooden buildings. Sample local dishes such as fungee, a dish made from cornmeal or ducana made from grated sweet potato and coconut.
