The owners have ensured the design creates a 'wow' factor on entering the property, with the immediate focus being directed to phenomenal views over Mamora Bay. Situated on the South Western coast close to one of Antigua's most favoured beaches, it is an ideal vacation rental for friends and families wishing to spend quality time together. Its elevated position offers far reaching views of the Caribbean sea and neighbouring islands as well as magical sunsets. The charming villa offers privacy whilst having neighbours nearby. It is close to several excellent restaurants and a salt pond that is a natural habitat for many varieties of birds. Jolly Harbour is just a short drive away for a wider selection of bars and dining options, a modern gym and Epicurean supermarket to stock up on groceries. Enter into an expansive, open plan living space with a vaulted ceiling that further enhances the sense of space. On the upper level of the accommodation is a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry, dining area and a lounge with sumptuous sofas and a TV with Amazon and Netflix loaded. The two double bedrooms each have King size beds, closets and are cooled by air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. One has ensuite bathroom facilities whilst the other has a bathroom adjacent to it. Both have a glass door that opens onto the substantial terrace with stunning sea views. From the living area, double doors also open onto the terrace furnished with seating and dining areas and a gas bbq.
