Imagine a holiday with friends or family whereby you can share a kitchen, dine together, spend time by the pool and play games. The additional benefit is having your own private cottages in the same tropical garden within this select development. The main cottage and guest cottage are located opposite the secluded pool. Each cottage has a double bed thereby accommodating up to 4 guests when both properties are rented together. The cottages are best suited to two friendship couples, two single people travelling together who wish to share facilities but maintain their own space or, a couple travelling with an older/adult child. The guest cottage is turquoise hued and tucked behind palm trees. Inside a sense of space is created from the vaulted ceiling. The elegant accommodation comprises a four poster Queen sized bed with mosquito nets, a smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, a toaster and bespoke furniture incorporating a sink. The property is cooled by an air conditioning unit, ceiling fan and portable Dyson tower fans. The ensuite bathroom has a shower with rainforest shower head, river stone flooring, a WC and wash handbasin. Towels are also included for guests' use. This upscale Caribbean style cottage is located within the gated village complex of Bay Gardens with its cafes, arts and craft market and salon. Located within lush gardens, it has been tastefully designed to get a balance of pure holiday relaxation blended with home comforts. The main cottage rented on its own is most suitable for couples and solo travellers. However, when rented in combination with the guest cottage, it will appeal to friends and couples with older teenage/adult children. Park on the private driveway and enter into a spacious open plan kitchen/sitting room with wooden flooring and vaulted ceiling. A cooling breeze circulates through the windows and doors that frame the living space but additionally portable Dyson tower fans are provided as well as an air conditioning unit. The chef's kitchen has a granite topped island with counter-top seating, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven and a microwave. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender are also available for guests' use. A washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located outside in the adjacent laundry room, keeping noise to a minimum to maintain the peaceful ambience within the cottage. The neutral hued sitting area is furnished with inviting armchairs and a sofa. To the front are doors that open out onto the expansive verandah with plunge pool beyond. From the kitchen, bi-fold, louvre doors lead to an impressive bedroom comprising a king sized, four poster bed with mosquito nets and doors that open onto the verandah. The ensuite bathroom is complete with his and hers sinks, WC and walk-in shower with rainforest shower head above and river stone flooring. Towels and bed linen are provided. Externally, the wraparound verandah offers several areas to unwind by day or night with comfortable seating and a hammock. Additionally the al fresco dining area offers a great space to have meals at home with a friend, family member or loved one. Approach via a road framed with tropical flora that spirals upwards to this bright and breezy two bedroom home, a vantage point from which to admire the white sand beach of Dickenson Bay and lush green hillside. The split level property is accessed via a furnished terrace complete with dining table and rocking chairs, an ideal place to take breakfast, relax with a favourite tipple during the golden hour or switch on the fairy lights and dine alfresco under the stars at night. The location is picturesque, private and peaceful with haunting sounds of foraging turtle doves. Maia, the on-site, fine dining restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering panoramic harbour views. English Harbour with its wealth of bars and restaurants is just a few minutes walk. The penthouse suites are tastefully decorated and designed with maximum comfort in mind. Each is air-conditioned with king sized beds and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge with ice maker and a freezer. It is fully stocked with a range of drinks and snacks to purchase and these are replenished daily as required. Additionally each apartment has two ensuite bathrooms, two separate lounge areas, a mini bar and espresso maker. Balconies are equipped with loungers, love seats and parasols. The decked pool area has comfortable seating, sun loungers and a shower. It is close to a jetty descending steps - a nice spot for snorkelling. At night the pool is lit up with a backdrop of twinkling lights from the mega yachts in the marina. A small private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas is situated in front of the apartments.
