This select development of 8 apartments is situated within a gated community opposite Jolly Harbour golf course. Tropical flora such as fox palms, banana and soursop plants frame the private pool area, for use exclusively by the residents. A splash pool is located beside the main swimming pool with sun loungers and thatched umbrellas offering shade from the hot sun. The apartments are arranged over two floors with furnished terraces to the front and rear of the properties, ideal spaces for taking breakfast, enjoying a sundowner or dining alfresco. Those on the ground floor have doors that open onto pretty gardens whilst those on the upper level benefit from far reaching views over the golf course. A central air-conditioning is fitted in each apartment together with ceiling fans but, for those who prefer fresh air, bug screens have been fitted to all windows and doors allowing a welcome breeze to circulate throughout the property. Internally the apartments are spacious and flooded with light, with exceptional sound proofing to ensure a peaceful vacation. Kitchens are fully equipped for meal preparation at home with separate laundry facilities tucked away behind closed doors. Vaulted ceilings in the first floor apartments create an enhanced sense of space. The open plan living space contains a sitting area with dining space decorated in soft, neutral tones with bold pops of colour. A second living room is positioned to the rear of the property with an additional sofa and chair. This imposing villa style apartment building is situated in an enviable hilltop position with far reaching views over Liberta village and beyond. Located on the south side of Antigua, Liberta is one of the island's largest villages with an historic church, bakery, fruit and vegetable stall and local restaurants. Ten minutes further south is English Harbour with a wider selection of bars and restaurants and two stunning white sand beaches, Galleon and Pigeon Point. The apartment will appeal to those who prefer a quiet, village location with livelier amenities within easy reach. The 3 bed apartment is suitable for couples, friends and families. This spacious 3 bed, split level apartment is the ideal place for couples, friends and families to spend quality time together in a home away from home. Each of the 3 air conditioned bedrooms have King size beds, 50 inch wall mounted flat screen,Smart TVs and vaulted ceilings creating an enhanced sense of light and space. The master bedroom benefits from a grand four poster bed with steps leading to a walk in shower and a jacuzzi bath tub for ultimate relaxation. There are two seating areas within the apartment, one with a pool table for adults only, an 85 inch Smart TV with surround sound and a kitchen/bar with steps rising to a private terrace with views. The other is a more formal sitting area flooded with natural light with a 65 inch curve Smart TV and a table football game to the side. Please note that games may only be played between the hours of 10am-7pm. A separate dining area is adjacent to the large fully equipped kitchen which is ideal for entertaining. The accommodation also comprises a private main bathroom, guest bathroom, separate laundry room and a covered terrace with table and chairs. The apartments will appeal to those who prefer a quiet, village location with livelier amenities within easy reach. They are suitable for couples, friends and families and may be rented together to accommodate larger groups. The owner has thoughtfully designed a selection of spacious apartments within an imposing villa style building with impressive pillars. Securely located behind electric gates, its hillside position offers far reaching harbour views for accommodation on the upper levels and the pool area. Turtle Beach is 10 minutes walking distance and within a couple of minutes drive are popular pickleball courts. Drive ten minutes further south for English Harbour with its wide selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, a yacht filled marina during high season and two beautiful white sand beaches, Galleon and Pigeon Point. Enter the building via a communal door. Once inside, four rental units are split between the ground and first floor, each with their own private entrance. Those on the upper level are privy to harbour views. The accommodations comprise three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed with an en-suite shower room whilst the other two have Queen size beds. There is a second shower room and a spacious living area benefitting from ceiling fans and ample windows fitted with bug screens. The open plan space includes a fully equipped kitchen complete with gas stove, fridge freezer, an air fryer and separate dining and seating areas. Externally, each apartment has a private furnished balcony and access to a fantastic pool deck with views across the harbour. Framing the pool are loungers, hanging egg chairs, a gas BBQ, table and chairs. Steps lead down to mens and ladies bathroom facilities and a separate kitchen is available for private hire should guests require catering while on vacation (enquire for details and prices). A laundry room with washing machines and clothes dryers is also available for guests use. Note: On the lower level, one of the apartments has a bedroom comprising twin beds. There are no lifts at the property Access to the building is via an unmade road - car hire is highly recommended.
