This select development of 8 apartments is situated within a gated community opposite Jolly Harbour golf course. Tropical flora such as fox palms, banana and soursop plants frame the private pool area, for use exclusively by the residents. A splash pool is located beside the main swimming pool with sun loungers and thatched umbrellas offering shade from the hot sun. The apartments are arranged over two floors with furnished terraces to the front and rear of the properties, ideal spaces for taking breakfast, enjoying a sundowner or dining alfresco. Those on the ground floor have doors that open onto pretty gardens whilst those on the upper level benefit from far reaching views over the golf course. A central air-conditioning is fitted in each apartment together with ceiling fans but, for those who prefer fresh air, bug screens have been fitted to all windows and doors allowing a welcome breeze to circulate throughout the property. Internally the apartments are spacious and flooded with light, with exceptional sound proofing to ensure a peaceful vacation. Kitchens are fully equipped for meal preparation at home with separate laundry facilities tucked away behind closed doors. Vaulted ceilings in the first floor apartments create an enhanced sense of space. The open plan living space contains a sitting area with dining space decorated in soft, neutral tones with bold pops of colour. A second living room is positioned to the rear of the property with an additional sofa and chair. The double aspect master bedroom has an impressive four poster bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower whilst two further double bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. Note: There are no lifts at the property
