English Harbour, Antigua
Charismatic English Harbour is located on the island’s most southerly point. For over 50 years, a world-class annual sailing regatta has lured hoards of spectators and participants with its exciting races followed by regattas and celebrations for locals and tourists alike. For a vibrant stay, visit between December-April. May through to October is much quieter with fewer venues open but you can still enjoy its stunning beaches, Galleon and Pigeon Point, hiking trails, historic Nelson's Dockyard and horse riding. A visit would be incomplete without attending a bi-weekly part at Shirley Heights, a former military lookout at 490ft above sea level.

This brand new studio apartment is ideal for solo travellers and couples. Located in rural Marsh Village, it is just a short walk to English Harbour.
The charming studio has been thoughtfully designed to be in keeping with traditional Caribbean architecture, with its wooden structure and vibrantly coloured paintwork. It is tucked away in an elevated position with far reaching harbour views, situated above a florist workshop and adjacent to a family home. The apartment is accessed via a private entrance and a sweeping, wraparound verandah, the perfect spot to sit with a sundowner. Internally, it has been elegantly decorated and benefits from several doors and windows fitted with screens, allowing a cooling, natural breeze to flow throughout the property whilst keeping bugs out. The main room of the studio comprises a luxurious four poster bed with mosquito nets and storage beneath, a portable oscillating pedestal fan and a built-in wardrobe. A door leads through to the kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge/freezer and an air fryer for simple meal preparation at home. A further door leads to the private, en-suite bathroom with WC, wash handbasin and a walk-in shower.

20 deluxe suites have been tastefully decorated and designed with maximum comfort in mind. Each is arranged on the ground floor with a secluded, furnished patio or on the first floor with a covered balcony. The contemporary suites are air-conditioned complete with king sized bed, bathroom area with walk-in shower, bidet, WC and basin with magnifying mirror. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge with ice maker and a freezer. It is fully stocked with a range of drinks and snacks to purchase and these are replenished daily as required. The living room comprises sumptuous sofas, coffee table and a flat screen TV. The dressing area offers plenty of space for hanging and folded garments, complimentary bathrobes and slippers, an iron and ironing board, umbrella and additional towels for beach and pool use.
Rooms are suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults + 1 child. Some rooms can interconnect and balcony dividers can be removed for larger parties. A small private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas is situated in front of the apartments. Borrow one of the snorkels to explore or just take a dip to cool down. The decked pool area has comfortable seating, sun loungers and a shower. It is close to a jetty with descending steps - a nice spot for snorkelling. Sunrise Suite
Steps lead up to the Sunrise Suite from the pool area. The spacious, airy apartment is filled with natural light and a further sense of space is created from the high, vaulted ceiling. A cool breeze circulates from an abundance of windows and door that opens onto the verandah. To one end of the living space is a sumptuous sofa and television and to the other, a dining table, fridge freezer, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. A door leads to an inviting bedroom with king sized bed, ample storage and hanging space for clothes, an iron and ironing board. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with rainforest shower head. A further door takes you onto the expansive verandah with table and chairs and a comfortable sofa, a relaxing place to sit with far reaching views over Willoughby Bay.
Coco Cottage
Coco Cottage is a stylish apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed for a third guest, a TV, dining table and chairs. Doors open onto a private, furnished patio allowing a cooling breeze to circulate. The cozy bedroom is air-conditioned with hanging space for clothing, storage, an iron and an ironing board. Externally the private patio is perfectly positioned to watch the sunrise over Willoughby Bay or relax of an evening with your favourite tipple.
The Nook
Enter the property via steps made from locally sourced stone and an archway of bougainvillea, passing a swing and hammock suspended from trees for guests to enjoy. The spacious living area is accessed via double doors and comprises a sofa that can easily be converted to a bed for an additional guest. The living space also comprises a TV, table and chairs and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. A further door leads to the bathroom with walk-in shower and overhead rainforest shower head. The charming, air-conditioned bedroom has a Queen size bed with eye-catching artefacts adorning the walls, hand-made from local drift wood and sea glass. The welcoming entrance is via a bougainvillea clad front garden. CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
50% Refund of payment will be issued if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Inside of 30 days they do not refund reservations but will reschedule the booking at no additional charge, if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, and they are able to fill your reservation with another booking.

This airy villa tucked into a hillside amongst tropical gardens is an idyllic spot for family and friends to spend valuable time together or perhaps host a wedding. The gazebo is the perfect place to exchange vows overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The accommodation is arranged within 3 buildings: the main villa, a 1 bed cottage and a 1 bed garden apartment.
Each of the 5 bedrooms is air-conditioned, screened, with ceiling fans for ultimate comfort at night. The villa comprises a generous sized, open plan kitchen/living area with sumptuous seating, a smart TV and a pool table that can easily be converted for table tennis. The kitchen is fully equipped with counter-top seating and a door that leads to a laundry. Doors open onto the expansive verandah overlooking lush gardens and a pool, allowing for a cool breeze to circulate throughout the property. There are several areas to dine alfresco while under cover - the gazebo or on the verandah. Perhaps cook a meal at home from one of the recipe books provided or cook up a storm on the barbecue. Within the villa are 3 double bedrooms with king sized beds. Sleeping arrangements can be altered to accommodate the needs of each party with twin/single beds being provided if required. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with doors opening onto a terrace and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family bathroom . The 1 bed cottage benefits from a bedroom with king sized bed and a bathroom. To the front of the property is a seating area. Being located in the most elevated position within the grounds, the views from here are phenomenal.
Located beneath the villa is a self-contained 1 bed garden apartment. It has its own kitchen and bathroom with a relaxation area to the front entrance.
All properties have access to the wonderful swimming pool with comfortable loungers on the sundeck and poolside shower. The beach is just a couple of minutes walk down a private footpath. The owner ensures guests' every need is catered for, from providing re-usable water bottles, beach towels and gas bottles for the bbq to recommending tours, arranging massages, spa treatments, personal chefs and wedding planners - no task is too great!

Car hire is recommended - there is ample parking at the property.
The property is set up for children with a fence for the pool , cots, feeding chairs and baby bath
Prices:
Summer (May 6 to Dec 5) - up to 6 persons US$850 per night then US$125 per night per person up to a max of 10 persons.
Winter (Dec 6 - May 5) - up to 6 persons US$1250 per night then US$135 per night per person up to a max of 10 persons.
Xmas - minimum stay is 2 weeks. Race weeks (April 15-May 5) minimum stay is 10 days.
Discounts available for stays of 2 weeks and longer - enquire for details.
Rates include 17% abst and TGL US$5 per person per night, daily housekeeping, airport transfers (one trip each way)
