Jolly Harbour is located on the west coast of Antigua. This stretch of coastline is home to some of Antigua's most favoured beaches - Jolly, Valley Church, Crabbe Hill and Ffryes. The latter has recently been voted amongst the top 50 best beaches in the world.


Jolly Harbour has a golf course, yacht filled marina with many popular restaurants, shops and a large supermarket, Epicurean. This is ideal for stocking up on groceries when staying in self-catering accommodation.

A fully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in Jolly Harbour that epitomizes luxury. Attention has been paid to the finest of details ensuring a most comfortable stay for couples, friends and families, from soothing colour schemes to stylish furniture and home comforts.


Entrance is via a secure electric gate where you will find a private parking area. Steps rise to an expansive sundeck that has been thoughtfully designed for guests to be well catered for on hot Caribbean days and balmy evenings. Relax on a three seater swing, loungers or a four poster cabana before plunging into the cooling, salt water swimming pool with sunken loungers. Yoga mats are provided for those who enjoy sunrise or sunset meditation sessions and a poolside bar is conveniently positioned to one side ready to be stocked with your favourite beverages.


Evenings can be spent at home cooking steak or fresh local fish and veggies on the gas bbq, then dine alfresco under the stars. Two sets of French doors open into an airy living area with interior design that has a serious 'WOW' factor. The breezy space has beamed ceilings, neutral hued furnishings, a Smart TV, a plush sofa and splashes of gold and glass. An impressive chef’s kitchen will inspire even the most novice of cooks to experiment with dishes using multiple appliances on hand. Use the juicer provided to take advantage of all the delicious tropical fruits on the island. Other appliances include a worktop air fryer and a cappuccino maker.


Bedrooms are spacious, cooled by ceiling fans and central air-conditioning. Each is calming with ambient lighting and ample closet space. The master suite is particularly indulgent with a magnificent signature wall, sumptuous bed, Smart TV, sofa and chair. The ensuite bathroom has elegant tiling with a walk-in shower, smoked glass screen with a rainforest shower head and cozy bath robes.


This stunning villa is a villa with a soul. You can completely feel the love the owner has put into making this property a true home away from home, you won’t want to leave. For nights spent away from the property there are several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away - Big Head Lobster Seafood Restaurant, OJ’s, Miracles, Sandra’s Island Fusion & Auntie Cavell’s.


Jolly Beach with its long stretch of powdery white sand is within 10 minutes walk of the property and is arguably one of the best on the island.

Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
