Jolly Harbour is located on the west coast of Antigua. This stretch of coastline is home to some of Antigua's most favoured beaches - Jolly, Valley Church, Crabbe Hill and Ffryes. The latter has just been voted amongst the top 50 best beaches in the world.


Jolly Harbour has a yacht filled marina with many popular restaurants, shops and a large supermarket, Epicurean. This is ideal for stocking up on groceries when staying in self-catering accommodation both within the gated community and the range of properties close by.


Within 10 minutes drive of the harbour are peaceful villages including Urlings and Crabbe Hill with restaurants, white sand beaches and water sports.

This eco-friendly, off grid studio apartment has been carefully designed to create an environment whereby guests can disconnect from the busyness of everyday life and rejuvenate. Its rural, elevated position offers uninterrupted sea views and a chance to reconnect with nature. Listen to the tropical sounds of the Caribbean from the sweeping verandah while watching pelicans dive for fish at Pelican Island. On a clear day neighbouring islands of volcanic Montserrat and uninhabited Redonda are visible.


The interior of the spacious accommodation is whitewashed with splashes of turquoise, reflecting the hues of the Caribbean Sea. The raised sleeping area comprises a four poster bed with ensuite wet room and separate dressing area. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation at home complete with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and dining table. Doors and windows have insect screens fitted allowing a natural breeze to flow throughout the property whilst keeping bugs out.


To further enhance your stay, the owners will meet you and be on hand to answer any questions you may have. They will provide towels and bed linen, a cooler box for picnics, board games and a mobile privacy screen should guests wish to partition off the bedroom area. Unlimited wifi is included free of charge.


Externally the studio benefits from a large verandah with far reaching sea views towards Montserrat and Redonda. Two reclining sun loungers are provided for ultimate relaxation adjacent to a table and chairs, ideally positioned for a glass of wine while the sun sets. The energetic can hike the trail up to Boggy Peak, Antigua's highest point or take a short stroll to some of the best beaches Antigua has to offer, Darkwood, Turner's and Crabbe Hill. Jolly Harbour with its mile long stretch of white sand is slightly further afield, but still just a 10 minute drive away.

Imagine escaping to a rural retreat in the heart of Crabbe Hill Village on Antigua's South West coast. On waking, pick fruit for breakfast from plants and trees surrounding the property, perhaps watermelon, papaya, plums or banana. After, cross the road to Crabbe Hill beach, one of the best on the island. Wander along the long stretch of powdery white sand and swim in the turquoise hued water. Enter the studio apartment via double doors into a bright and airy, open plan living space. It benefits from a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, toaster and kettle. The bedroom area of the property is tucked into a recess with a double bed offering storage space underneath, bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe. The comfortable sofa is an ideal place to sit with a coffee and a good book and a dining table is provided for meals at home. A sliding door opens into the shower room with walk-in shower, basin and toilet. A fan, cooling fan and air conditioning unit are provided for additional comfort.


Externally is a laundry room and washing line for guests use, a day bed, chiminea, bbq, table and chairs and ample space for parking. The owners are happy to consider limited use of their car for an additional fee. To enhance the stay for guests windows are fitted with screens to keep bugs out whilst allowing the cooling breeze to circulate throughout the property. A portable tower fan, bath and beach towels, bedding and a hairdryer are also provided.

There are some free roaming animals around the grounds.

An impressive chef’s kitchen will inspire even the most novice of cooks to experiment with dishes using multiple appliances on hand. This is a magnificent 6 bed villa arranged over four floors, perched high on a hilltop in Reeds Point, on the south western coast of Antigua.  Its position provides guests with privacy and seclusion whilst boasting panoramic views of lush green hillsides and the Caribbean Sea.  Having featured in multiple global publications, expect to experience the ‘wow’ factor when stepping inside.  Simply oozing elegance, it has been carefully designed to ensure guests have the most luxurious vacation.  


An aura of tranquility embraces you on entering the property.  The expansive open plan living space is complete with dining area, home cinema, a lounge with sumptuous sofas, fully equipped chef's kitchen and a guest bathroom.  Glass bi-fold doors lead onto a substantial terrace with far reaching views over the water.  When open, a cooling breeze circulates enhanced by overhead ceiling fans.  Decor is modern with neutral tones and splashes of colour mirroring the beach.  This is combined with Caribbean inspired touches such as the addition of traditional plantation shutters.

This select development of 8 apartments is situated within a gated community opposite Jolly Harbour golf course. Tropical flora such as fox palms, banana and soursop plants frame the private pool area, for use exclusively by the residents. A splash pool is located beside the main swimming pool with sun loungers and thatched umbrellas offering shade from the hot sun. The apartments are arranged over two floors with furnished terraces to the front and rear of the properties, ideal spaces for taking breakfast, enjoying a sundowner or dining alfresco. Those on the ground floor have doors that open onto pretty gardens whilst those on the upper level benefit from far reaching views over the golf course. A central air-conditioning is fitted in each apartment together with ceiling fans but, for those who prefer fresh air, bug screens have been fitted to all windows and doors allowing a welcome breeze to circulate throughout the property.

It is close to several excellent restaurants and a salt pond that is a natural habitat for many varieties of birds. Jolly Harbour is just a short drive away for a wider selection of bars and dining options, a modern gym and Epicurean supermarket to stock up on groceries.


Enter into an expansive, open plan living space with a vaulted ceiling that further enhances the sense of space. On the upper level of the accommodation is a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry, dining area and a lounge with sumptuous sofas and a TV with Amazon and Netflix loaded. The two double bedrooms each have King size beds, closets and are cooled by air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. One has ensuite bathroom facilities whilst the other has a bathroom adjacent to it. Both have a glass door that opens onto the substantial terrace with stunning sea views. From the living area, double doors also open onto the terrace furnished with seating and dining areas and a gas bbq.


Two staircases, one of which is internal and one traditionally external lead to the lower level of the villa where there are two further en-suite bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with twin beds, both also air-conditioned with ceiling fans and ample closet space. Both bedrooms benefit from views through glass doors leading to the pool deck. A small kitchenette with a fridge is conveniently located close to the swimming pool together with bathroom and a store room containing noodles and floats for guests use.


Additional outside steps lead from the drive to the wash area for post beach rinsing.
